ROOKA — Return Policy

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unused, unworn items only, in original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase. Items must pass inspection before a refund is issued.

Non-returnable items: Jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to hygiene reasons. Made-to-order or customized items are also final sale.

Defective items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 100 EGP may be deducted from refunds on returned items.

Refunds: Processed within 21 business days after we receive and approve the returned item, via [bank transfer / Vodafone Cash / InstaPay]. Items that don't meet the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at their cost, not refunded.
